Job Description:

We’ll look to you to understand analytics and user testing outputs to inform content decisions and improve usability. And you’ll support content approval to make sure that it follows our brand guidelines, tone of voice and design principles.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Participating in research activities to test, evaluate and iterate our content, translating insights into recommendations
  • Collaborating with designers to ensure content strategy is implemented across all projects and platforms
  • Reviewing each experience to identify content related components and assets needed
  • Writing clear, concise and simple content which puts the user first across a range of channels, including webpages, digital services and apps
  • Using data and analytics to review performance and measure what’s working and where we can improve our content

Job Requirements:

  • Knowledge of user experience strategies, models and practices
  • Experience of influencing and stakeholder engagement
  • Knowledge of digital design tools and an understanding of how the user journey, content and user engagement works in a digital environment
  • Experience of Agile methodologies
