Job Description:
The Creative Manager will work closely with cross-functional partners within Creative, Marketing, Legal, Digital, eCommerce, Philanthropy, Visual and merchandising to ensure a superior customer experience. This position reports to Senior Manager, Creative Director.

Job Responsibilities:
- Directs crew of photographers, stylists and hair & makeup on location and in studio as required
- Helps lead teams of designers and art directors on a project basis to develop editorial concepts, design concepts, and photo concepts for events and campaigns.
- Leads conversations and drives decision making, positioning our brand as a credible fashion authority.
- Evaluates creative briefs to ensure clarity and alignment on direction before work begins
- Collaborates to build strong relationships with creative peers and cross-functional partners in order to develop and implement strategies, deliver fresh creative solutions, drive sales and create synergy and integration across marketing platforms.
- Applies knowledge of creative industry trends, always bringing new ideas to the table
- Helps lead monthly wireframing & editorial planning
- Collaborates with copywriters and other creatives to develop campaign and project concepts that meet creative brief objectives
- Directs casting, styling, hair & makeup direction prior to shoots
- Combines a deep understanding of design systems, grids, color, typography and photography to deliver clear and powerful messages
- Ensures all creative work meets brand identity guidelines, reflects our customer’s diversity and is grounded in an ongoing awareness of our competition
- Researches with enthusiasm to bring innovation into all solutions, from new fashion and promotional ideas to new digital content and experiences
Job Requirements:
- Minimum 4 Years
- Preferred – 4 Year / Bachelors Degree
