Job Description:

The Sr. Patient Support Services Lead is a key role to ensure the success of Dexcom’s patient support program. The role will evaluate, assess, and implement key initiatives to help continuously improve patient and provider experience with procuring Dexcom products.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Works with payor and field team to develop and communicate these insights and make an action plan on the next steps
  • Provides consistent, timely, and accurate value evaluation across patient support programs
  • Develops and communicates, a territory level view on effectiveness of the patient and prescriber services
  • Ensures end to end transaction view on patient support programs across different vendors to develop insights into patient and prescriber experience, coverage challenges, and field level insights
  • Builds communications to build alignment with Dexcom and vendors on opportunities and program performance
  • Manages the program key deliverables, process changes and internal and vendor communications
  • Prioritizes the problems and enhancements and changes to business rules based on the impact to Dexcom patients & prescribers
  • Leads the problem solving and root cause analysis working with pharmacy processing vendor, IT, sales, and distributor excellence teams

Job Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree or higher in a related field (business, science or heath care)
  • Familiarity with US patient data privacy requirements and experience working in a highly regulated environment
  • Previous experience working in specialty pharmaceuticals area, including products used in treating or managing diabetes
  • At least 5 year’s experience in Healthcare Industry
