Job Description:

As the Manager, Product Management your role will be to create and grow our products into something that our finance associates will love. You’ll work with internal customers and stakeholders to determine what is working (or not), research and develop new features, own product initiatives, manage and prioritize roadmaps, and lead the product owners within your Agile development teams.

Job Responsibilities:

• Confidently create and communicate your Product strategy across organizations and teams to influence stakeholders to align behind the objectives
• Create amazingly intuitive solutions that deliver business value and improved associate experience
• Build product learning agendas and OKRs to measure success/failure
• Work independently across geographically diverse teams.
• Demonstrate strong ability to intuitively identify impediments on the critical path and unblock them.
• Use excellent communication skills in navigating a matrixed organization
• Execute with a sense of urgency to deliver solutions and on priorities
• Regularly and systematically use data to uncover opportunities, track product performance, and drive decision making
• Lead road mapping, goal setting, story writing, product execution, testing, and product roll-out strategy

Job Requirements:

• Familiarity with advanced statistical modeling techniques
• Bachelor’s Degree or military experience
• At least 4 years of experience in Agile product management
• MBA or Master’s degree
• Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science or Engineering
• At least 2 years of experience in digital product management
• At least 4 years of financial services product experience
