Job Responsibilities:

• Write research protocols.
• Develop and design research tools and Standard Operating Procedures.
• Obtain ethical approval from relevant regulatory bodies.
• Train the Research Team and other relevant staff.
• Conduct or provide oversight for fieldwork (data collection, interviews, etc.)
• Monitor the progress of research projects.
• Write progress reports to stakeholders including networks and funders.
• Conduct data analysis and write up results.
• Stay abreast with relevant research findings and collaborate closely with other investigators on related studies.
• Respond to funding opportunities to advance the programme research agenda.
• Publish scientific publications

Job Requirements:

• Strong writing skills. Experience in public health will be an advantage.
• Certification in good clinical practice.
• Familiarity with data analysis software.
• Ordered, systematic and analytical in approach to research.
• Able to show proof of publication records and conference presentations
  Organized with a thorough and accurate approach to work.
• Attention to detail.
• Be proactive agent influencing positive change with external stakeholders with the ability to develop and maintain relationships at all levels of RHI.
