Job Responsibilities:

• Make decisions in highly complex and multifaceted situations requiring solid understanding of business group’s functional area or products, facilitate decision making and issue resolution, and support implementation of developed solutions and plans
• Interface with Internal Audit and coordinate responses from various stakeholders.
• Coordinate with with business on model and/or EUCT deliverables, requiring excellent communication / planning to ensure timely completion.
• Support identification of models and EUCTs within CIB by independently challenging the business on recommended classifications and owning final classification of tools as models, EUCTs, and exclusions.
• Lead cross functional teams to strategize, plan, and execute a variety of programs, services and initiatives related to models and EUCTs.
• Drive accountability for assigned initiatives, limit risk exposure, and create efficiencies as appropriate
• Host model project forums for development and validation scheduling
• Act as a capital markets / trading model and End User Computing Tool (EUCT) subject matter expert to educate partners on requirements and monitor activities to ensure compliance with policies.
• Perform assessments through fact finding and data requiring creative approaches to solving complex governance/policy compliance/process issues, and develop appropriate solutions or recommendations.

Job Requirements:

• Experience leading efforts with multiple stakeholder groups
• 3+ years model or model / EUCT governance experience
• Ability to make timely and independent judgment decisions while working in a fast-paced and results-driven environment
• Advanced Microsoft Excel skills
• 5+ years of Management Consulting, Strategy Consulting, or Business Operations experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education
• 3+ years of Capital Markets experience
• Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills
• Advanced Microsoft PowerPoint skills
• Ability to articulate issues, risks, and proposed solutions to various levels of staff and management
• Ability to work effectively in a team environment and across all organizational levels, where flexibility, collaboration, and adaptability are important
