Job Description:
On a daily basis accurately input audits completed by the audit outsource company by following the FSG guide to ensure that DF remain secure and understand the status of financed collateral when the audit was completed

- Promptly complete all WF Learning tasks to ensure practice and compliance are current.
- Raise dealer alerts where red flag exceptions have been identified at audit
- Complete internal reporting requirements
- Follow the Complaints process to ensure that the customer is treated fairly
- Enter OEM information received to support floor checks into the system of record
- Have a full understanding of the FSG guide and related collateral codes
- Ensure that all new secondary locations identified are appropriately escalated
Job Requirements:
- Ability to communicate & work effectively with internal and external customers and service providers – a strong team player
- Able to display a positive attitude and flexible approach to assigned tasks with a desire to develop skills
- A background in audit, administration, customer service & treating the customer fairly
- Proactive in identifying improvement & efficiency opportunities cross functionally
- Strong Risk focus, ability to work under time pressure & working closely to metrics & deadlines
- Be able to work independently managing own workload and operating as part of a wider team member with minimal supervision
- Proficient in Microsoft office products
- Attention to detail, problem solving attitude and strong organizational skills
