Job Description:
Wells Fargo is seeking an Analytics Consultant to be part of the Card Retail Services team within Consumer Lending, and will be responsible for developing business insights using data, and leading initiatives, using those insights, to drive continuous improvement.

- Participate in all group technology efforts including design and implementation of analytics software, storage and processing of mortgage loan level data, and management of hardware and database requirements
- Identify and define business requirements and translate business needs into moderately complex research and recommendations to improve efficiency
- Create both Operational and Executive Leadership Reports
- Perform analysis of findings and trends using statistical or financial analysis, modeling, process documentation, profitability analysis, customer, or demographic analysis
- Develop customized reports, ad hoc analyses, or data visualizations to make recommendations for alternatives
- Confidently present analysis to leadership with recommendations and observations
Job Requirements:
- SQL and/or SAS experience
- 2+ years of Analytics experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education
- Tableau or/and Power BI experience
