Job Description: Under direct supervision, conducts accurately and timely processing of the payroll, and may resolve general client issues, including performing banking related procedures or obtaining of information for payroll production. [the_ad id="29344"] Job Responsibilities: Researches and resolves general client inquiries. Identifies opportunities for process improvement related to reconciliation and controls. Administer and process payroll on a weekly basis having a deep understanding of Oracle HCM payroll flows and processes needed to complete both on and off cycle payrolls. Runs payroll reports from Oracle HCM. Assists in processing payroll transactions related to banking such as stop payments and invalid employee accounts. Conducts constant data validation to prepare for the payroll cycle. Work collaboratively within payroll and other areas within HR, such as the People Support Center Benefits and People Solutions. Analyzing payroll data to understand the end-to-end payroll process. Job Requirements: Effective verbal and written communication Ability to rationalize data Critical thinking skills Proficiency with technology including knowledge of Payroll platforms Education: Bachelor’s Degree (accredited) in Human Resources or similar area of study, or in lieu of degree, High School Diploma or GED (accredited) and four (4) years of relevant work experience. Knowledge in Payroll Ability to research an issue and deliver solutions to problems Three (3) years of multi-state payroll experience (in addition to education requirement).
