Be a part of the global operations team providing Technology support for our day-to-day Infrastructure and business systems. This opportunity is a way to see and put your hands on technologies that cross all areas of an enterprise world class infrastructure.

- New user account creation (Microsoft Windows & AS400)
- Respond to events surrounding day-to-day operations for error conditions raised across all technologies and follow standard procedures
- Escalate events needing additional technical resources as per standard procedures
- System administration such as password resets, unlocking accounts and managing permissions
- Monitoring Technology infrastructure including servers, networks, applications and events throughout the URBN enterprise
Job Requirements:
- Basic understanding of computer concepts for Windows and Linux systems
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work independently and collaborate with team members effectively
- Someone who can be an excellent team player who wants to learn from an extremely talented group of technology members
- Basic understanding of how computers connect on a local area network
- System administration concepts preferred
- Great communicator
- Detail oriented and can follow precise procedures
