Job Responsibilities:

• Automate and maintain workflow in all areas.
• Maintain a safe and clean work environment.
• Update on weekly labor planning.
• Ensure compliance to all company policies.
• Must be able to work overtime as required
• Monitor and report out IB freight performance against plan/schedule.
• Interact with management and cross-functional teams to resolve issues effecting operations.
• Complete all SLA-related reporting.
• Identify and report on aged product at all touch points.
• Start of shift, bi-hourly, and end of shift monitoring and reporting completed accurately and on time.
• Provide accurate End of Day reporting numbers.
• Inspect the quality of work and accuracy.
• Address employee needs and communicate any issues to the Manager.
• Ensures each shift starts up with clear plan including identifying all priorities and known impediments.
• Set shift goals and labor plans daily to keep sites within SLA in all channels.
• Ensure that all employees are trained on matters of; safety, operation standards, and have the necessary tools, equipment, and supplies to perform job functions.

Job Requirements:

• Climb, balance, kneel, crouch, or crawl
• Knowledge of WMS systems
• Stand / walk for an extended time period
• Operate warehouse equipment as required for position (i.e. forklift, pallet jack, cherry picker) which requires coordinated movements
• Outlook Email System
• Lift freight and other objects of various shapes, sizes and weights up to 50 pounds
• Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Access
