The Human Resources team helps attract and recruit diverse talent, and works to provide employees with competitive benefits, leadership resources and the support to be successful at United. Job Responsibilities:

  • Evaluate for local implementation
  • Build and maintain strategic partnerships with business client groups, both in India and US, to understand their department objectives and collaborate on implementation
  • Strategic leadership for human resources and talent acquisition including the management and development of HR/TA team members
  • Serve as a United representative within the community and work to build local relationships that will allow United to positively impact local communities while strengthening our overall brand
  • Analyze, evaluate, create and implement HR strategies to advance the organization forward including but not limited to, workforce planning and development, organizational development and performance, org design, HR employment practices, rewards and recognition strategies, diversity, employee relations and succession planning
  • Collaborate with Senior HR Leadership and Business Partners to implement HR and business strategies/objectives
  • Maintain knowledge of local market trends, best practices, regulatory changes and technologies in human resources, talent management and employment law
  • Establish and maintain positive relationship with assigned Business Partners
  • Responsible for providing HR leadership to influence strategic business decisions, guide and support for their client group

Job Requirements:

  • Experience at leading a high performing team passionate about delivering business results
  • Extensive and dynamic HR experience/Generalist experience with emphasis on business partnerships, direct experience supporting business leaders, employee advocacy, change activities, HR administration
  • Must be legally authorized to work in the UK for any employer without sponsorship, with the eligibility to travel across Europe
  • Strong collaborator with other HR support teams and business partners
  • Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to build strong working relationships develop and deliver fair and equitable solutions
  • Must be self-motivated and have an enhance ability to prioritize/plan and execute using good business judgment in a fast paced environment
  • Significant experience leading others
  • High level of HR and business acumen
  • Excellent communication skills (written & verbal) with proven customer service orientation
  • Significant experience in labor relations, negotiations and working with union groups
  • Well organized with the ability multi-task
  • Must be proficient in English (written and spoken). Other European languages are advantageous.
  • Highly effective at building partnerships and influencing leaders at all levels of an organization
  • Excellent interpersonal communication
  • Strong analytical skills
