Job Description:
The Remote Client Advisor will deliver the ultimate levels of Customer Service to all Tiffany clients they engage with. Across multiple communication channels.

- Meet and exceed client, service, and commercial goals.
- Get to know the clients and make a personal connection, collect relevant information that will support longer-term relationship building
- Ensure compliance with all policies and processes at all time
- Deliver elevated, positive, and high-energy client experience aligned with Tiffany core Brand values and integrity, across phone, email, live chat channel
- Communicate with Passion and Authenticity, use elevated verbal and written language
- Initiate proactive, elevated, and relevant product recommendations for the client. Demonstrate and share with clients Brand awareness, storytelling, and product knowledge, to drive conversion, satisfaction and service levels
- Ensure passion for Tiffany is conveyed in every conversation and the desire to build long term client loyalty is conveyed
- Consistently strive to deliver outstanding Customer service to resolve client issues as effectively as possible and with empathy. Escalate issues diligently to ensure prompt and client-centric resolution
Job Requirements:
- Experience in luxury Customer services (retail, travel, hospitality)
- Client-centric mindset
- Excellent communication skills (Written and Verbal)
- Ability to multitask – handling phone, email and live chat platforms
- Spanish or Mandarin a plus
- Flexibility to work varied schedule, including days, nights, weekends and holidays.
- Must have authorization to work in the United States
- Strong computer experience working on multiple software platforms
- Passion for Tiffany and the luxury sector
- A college/university degree
- Proficiency in Salesforce
- High School Diploma or GED required
