Job Description:
As a member of the Canadian Finance & Accounting Leadership Team, help set the tone for the Company on financial values, behaviors, processes and priorities. Reports to the VP of Finance. Lead and develop departmental staff, 3 direct reports and approx.

- Direct financial accounting close, consolidation and reporting processes within established timetables, legal and management, ensuring strong internal controls
- Direct forecasts and quarterly reporting processes
- Oversee annual, quarterly and long range forecast process for Canada Logistics and Cost Savings and monthly actuals
- Lead Reporting & Accounting group and External/Tax Reporting, including liaison with external auditors
Job Requirements:
- 8 yrs of people leadership experience
- CPA designation
- Undergraduate degree or equivalent
- LX/BPCS and/or SAP an asset
- Treasury and tax experience an asset
- 12 years’ experience in external and management reporting, audit management, process and system improvements
