Job Description:
As an Office Administrative Assistant, you will work closely with our HR & Operations Manager and Office Manager to help streamline office operations at our headquarters in Mountain View. You’ll help with a wide cross-section of items ranging from packing and shipping to event support.

- Support the operations team in a variety of ad-hoc projects, including but not limited to: office organization, inventory management, recruiting coordination, visitor preparations, event setup/cleanup, etc.
- Help maintain a healthy and productive culture!
- Help keep the office and lab organized by fielding and sorting deliveries, as well as ordering and organizing office supplies.
- Assist with product packaging and domestic/international shipping efforts from within the Swarm lab.
- Assist with various accounting tasks; help categorize expenses in accounting software, generate and issue purchase orders, and create quarterly use tax reports.
Job Requirements:
- Strong problem-solving skills and enthusiasm for new tasks and challenges.
- Possess a positive attitude and ability to remain flexible in an ever-changing environment.
- Experience with worldwide packaging and shipping.
- 1+ year of professional experience in an office support or administrative function.
- Associate degree.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize, with a strong work ethic and attention to detail.
- Excellent customer service, interpersonal, and teamwork skills.
- Strong computer literacy with programs such as Microsoft Office Suite products Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
- 1+ year of experience working in an operational role in an office, lab, warehouse, or other physical facility.
- Experience using database computer applications, like application tracking systems, purchasing systems, etc.
