Job Description:
As the FM Administrator you will operate the Facilities Helpdesk and be the frontline contact for sub-contractors, internal and external clients. So, a professional manner is always required, with excellent people skills a must.

- Utilising the CAFM system daily. To be the initial point of contact and provide regular relevant updates to those who have logged issues.
- You will record and maintain asset information within the CAFM system to ensure all asset data is current. You will produce reports and forecasts based on data within the CAFM system.
- You will monitor and record all PO’s and expenditure.
- You will deal with queries regarding financial and contractual obligations.
- You will update and monitor personnel files and process expenses & travel requirements.
- Lastly, you will support the FM Manager & Senior Engineer with procurement activity both locally and within the framework provided by the procurement lead.
Job Requirements:
- Firstly, you will need excellent PC skills on a variety of applications (e.g. Excel, Microsoft, Outlook).
- You will have good analytical and organisational skills and ability to work to set deadlines.
- You will be able to Create reports from raw data. You will have the ability to operate and maintain accurate records.
- You should have awareness of health and safety.
- Lastly, you will have the ability to communicate confidentially and professionally at all levels both verbally and in writing.
