Job Description:
As part of this role, you will arrange team meetings, ensuring agendas are prepared, attendee materials are available and circulated ahead of meetings and actions are recorded and followed up on.

- Support other HR activities and projects from time to time, as appropriate.
- Support the production of monthly reports, ensuring reports are produced on time and accurately each month.
- Distribute the relevant HR data to stakeholders and ensures they are made aware of changes.
- Support the HR team through the annual pay review cycle – ensuring pay changes are processed accurately and letters to employees are correct.
- Support the HR team in delivering the engagement survey hierarchy to ensure that employees receive the correct survey.
Job Requirements:
- First and foremost, you’ll need to have experience working in an administration role within a fast-paced environment, ideally you will have experience of working in an analytical environment.
- If you already work in diary management or are looking at taking your first step into this exciting career path, then this could be the role for you.
- The ideal candidate for this role will be able to access and export standard reports from Power BI and feel confident in analysing and presenting the data to the relevant stakeholders
- This role is ideal for someone that wants to progress within Serco and has the drive and motivation to do so.
- Lastly, you will have experience using the Microsoft suite as well as Power BI.
