Job Description: In this role, you will support the Positioning, Navigation, and Timing (PNT) Program Office (PNT PO) in the development, modernization, and sustainment of a variety of existing GPS receivers/GPS related systems to meet existing DoD/civil mandates and DoD/ national-level priorities. [the_ad id="29344"] Job Responsibilities: Working closely with senior government personnel; regularly briefing and leading lead technical reviews Reviewing/analyzing technical proposals Planning, executing, and advising on technical aspects of several acquisition programs at various stages of the acquisition life cycle Assist with development of requirements, program strategies, statements of work tasks, and systems engineering plan, including: Conducting engineering trade studies and technical analyses Provide technical and engineering support services to ensure the effective and efficient delivery of GPS related efforts in support of the customer’s mission Evaluating development/integration of modernized GPS systems onto Air Force platforms Assessing civil and military mandates associated with Assured Position, Navigation, and Timing to ensure satisfaction of Gov’t requirements. Job Requirements: 5 years in a Program Office or on a major acquisition program Experience with GPS/EGI integration on military platforms Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering Active DoD Secret Clearance Participated in development, coordination, and execution of major program milestones (preferably ACAT II but ACAT III acceptable) 15 years of related experience, at least DAWIA Certification (SPRDE) Master’s Degree 2- 3 rotations in AFLCMC (or predecessor)/or SMC Product Centers, or similar US Army/US Navy Product Centers, assigned to major weapon system Program Offices 20 years related experience preferred Extensive experience with defense acquisition management processes as contained in the DoD 5000 series directives Clear understanding of the OSD and USAF Acquisition organization Job Details: Company: Serco Vacancy Type: Full Time Job Location: Warner Robins, GA, US Application Deadline: N/A [the_ad id='29345'] Apply Here Vacanciesspot.com
