Job Description: Serco-NA is seeking a motivated individual to provide programmatic support to one of our NAVSEA customers. Serco-NA has an opening for a lead program office manager with submarine expertise to support an active contract with the U.S. Navy in the Washington, DC area. [the_ad id="29344"] Job Responsibilities: Log in daily to PEO SSBN account to read and accept incoming tasks Facilitate approval and track completion of PMS397 taskers (and document) via the commitments system Review, track, obtain signature, and distribute letters for signature by the PM/DPM Track completion of annual reviews (and document) via the commitments system Download files and instructions for individual taskers to the R drive Report decision by Executive Director via DON Tracker Write, edit and/or provide recommendations for New or revisions to agreements Route for internal management review via the commitments system Prepare briefing on all current SOPs, provide to all hands annually, and track to completion Write, edit and/or provide recommendations for New or revisions to SOPs Import documents and files into DON Tracker for submission to other agencies Publish and distribute signed new/revised SOPs Route vetted new/revised SOPs to DPM and PM for signature Route, track, and distribute documents requireing approval by more than one agency (such as PMS397 and PMS450) Maintain listings of SOPs, agreements, and DDMs Route revisions and/or new SOPs as appropriate to the PAPMs via the commitments system Job Requirements: Required: Bachelor's degree; extensive experience supporting NAVSEA programs or the submarine community can meet requirements in lieu of a degree Required: Extensive critical thinking skills Required: Excellent oral and written communication skills Recent experience in Team Submarine program offices would be ideal. Required: Excellent capability with Microsoft Office products Required: A Secret Clearance is required for consideration Required: 10 or more years of experience with Navy acquisition and/or In-Service Programs.
