Job Requirements: Leadership experience in managing a team of agents. 3 years Degree/ Diploma. Grade 12 with Mathematics and/or Accountancy. Impact of legislation, e.g. FICA, Pension Funds Act. Knowledge of the Individual Life Insurance processes and products. Building and Maintaining Relationships Knowledge of death claims processes will be advantageous.
