Job Description:

The incumbent will be responsible for providing organisational support for the implementation of change management, performance management, employment equity and transformation processes and the management of HR Analytics.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Quality assurance of the SANBS SAP Org Structure
  • Stakeholder Relationships
  • Business planning and Financial Management
  • Coordinate the implementation of organisational transformation initiatives
  • Develop HR data analysis methodologies to enhance management reporting
  • Ensure Performance Management System in organisationally implemented to enhance organisational performance
  • Talent Planning and Acquisition
  • Design, Implement and monitor Organisational Development initiatives

Job Requirements:

  • Minimum of 3 years’ experience in HR Plus and 2 years in Organisational development.
  • Relevant legislation
  • MS Office (Advanced)
  • 2 years’ Management experience
  • Driver’s License
  • Honours degree in Org Psych. or HR related field.
  • SAP
  • 2 years’ Project Management
  • Emotional Intelligence
