Job Description:
Prepare and approve the required payment schedule for Treasury. Ensure that Vendors queries are resolved within 60 days.

- Prepare the monthly accrual schedule with accurate allocations within the required deadline and supply valid reasons for
- Check and approve all reconciliations for payment.
- Institute ongoing training and upliftment for the Accounts Payable team.
- Supervise the Accounts Payable team.
- Prepare and approve the required payment schedule for Treasury.
- Develop reports to enhance AP effectiveness.
- Prepare the necessary foreign and local Accounts Payable weekly and monthly cash flow projections within the
- Coach and mentor staff.
- Verify and approve the Payment Proposals before payments are sent to Treasury.
- Ensure that all Vendors accounts are reconciled to the Vendors statement within the agreed payment terms and within the required
- Ensuring adherence of Policy and Procedure by all Petty Cash card holders.
Job Requirements:
- 3 years demonstrated experience in people management.
- 10 years’ experience as an Accounts Payable Supervisor within the mining or related industry.
- Relevant Financial Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent.
