Job Description:

Support the Factory Controller as a trusted co-pilot within the Factory Leadership Team (practices, initiatives/projects) on a day to day as well as on a long-term strategic view. Provide financial leadership by supplying plant and corporate management accurate and timely financial data, as well as analysis and recommended actions to identify and correct inefficient operations resulting in lower operating costs.

Job Responsibilities:

• Compile reporting of accurate actuals for period-end close in according with Nestle financial policies, Accounting Standards and Costing Standards.
• Support and be an active contributor for factory cost improvement opportunities. Validate, review, and challenge assumptions for proposed savings.
• Prepare dynamic forecasts for the factory; ensure transparency of this process; follow up and monitoring of progress to cost savings targets. Participate in business planning; prepare and coordinate the factory budget with factory management; and department heads. Perform revisions or simulations if needed.
• Support Internal Audit team by leading and conducting Factory Internal Audits
• Partner with Engineering to manage costs and review capital proposals.
• Ensure full transparency of costs and financial impact to the organization of major or strategic decisions relating to the factory.
• Work with team members to develop new product costing in accordance with costing standards.

Job Requirements:

• Communication, leadership, and planning skills.
• Leadership experience with direct and indirect reporting relationships.
• B.S. Degree in accounting, or other finance degree or equivalent.
• Ability to communicate to all audiences within the organization.
• Accomplished planning skills.
• Minimum of 2 years experience in a manufacturing facility.
• Experience with SAP a plus
