Job Description: The Innovation and Strategy Manager drives long-term value for the business by possessing a strong understanding of all aspects of the business and serving as a key leader of front-end innovation. He/she/they will source and/or develop internal and external insight analyses to guide strategy, tactics, and planning. Job Requirements: Advanced Excel, PowerPoint, and PowerBI skills 5+ years of experience developing business strategies Proven track record of leading initiatives from ideation to market traction Advanced verbal and written communication skills Experience and understanding of the Foodservice and Office Coffee channels\, preferred Minimum Bachelor’s Degree required; MBA preferred Demonstrates strong end-to-end thinking. Possesses an understanding of disruptive technologies, products & business models. Possesses advanced business acumen with the ability to assess paths to profitability for short-term and long-term opportunities. Consulting experience, preferred Ability to travel up to 30%.
