Job Description:
The Innovation and Strategy Manager drives long-term value for the business by possessing a strong understanding of all aspects of the business and serving as a key leader of front-end innovation. He/she/they will source and/or develop internal and external insight analyses to guide strategy, tactics, and planning.

- Prepares and presents ad hoc analyses, sometimes with short notice.
- Communicates vision, strategy, and tactics to stakeholders up, down, and across the company.
- Uses insights and other information to provide direct input into the financial, innovation, and go-to-market plans.
- Rigorously researches, analyzes, and stays current on the business landscape to inform stakeholders, situational analysis, segment strategies, long-term business planning, and innovation pipeline development.
- Ability to prioritize activities and orchestrate resources for efficiency and effectiveness.
- Has strong self-awareness, is a self-starter and leads autonomously.
- Participates and/or leads projects as needed.
- Educates cross-functional teams on requirements of partners, customers, and consumers.
- Develops ideas and business cases for front-end innovation pipeline of new brands, experiential concepts, business models, or other new ventures.
- Collaborates across all functions to achieve business results.
- Demonstrates agility with an ability to quickly adapt to change and pivot, as needed.
Job Requirements:
- Advanced Excel, PowerPoint, and PowerBI skills
- 5+ years of experience developing business strategies
- Proven track record of leading initiatives from ideation to market traction
- Advanced verbal and written communication skills
- Experience and understanding of the Foodservice and Office Coffee channels\, preferred
- Minimum Bachelor’s Degree required; MBA preferred
- Demonstrates strong end-to-end thinking.
- Possesses an understanding of disruptive technologies, products & business models.
- Possesses advanced business acumen with the ability to assess paths to profitability for short-term and long-term opportunities.
- Consulting experience, preferred
- Ability to travel up to 30%.
