Job Description:
As a Senior Business Analyst, you will serve as a liaison between the IS/IT, Business Consumers, and Customers. As part of the Technical Production team, you’ll bring a deep understanding of the opportunities and issues facing the SAP Quality Management module as it relates to factory implementation.

- Design business scenarios and use cases for the product mix, including product introduction and the change management required to maximize its adoption, value
- Support the analysis and resolution of solution issues as part of the second level sustainment
- Analyze, document, and test program development, logic, process flows and specifications
- Work with IS/IT Product Managers to define the minimum viable product (MVP) that satisfies the need
- Support factory mapping for implementation of SAP Quality Management projects, with focus on factory quality processes and integration of SAP QM with SAP PP-PI and EWM.
- Train super users and end users on SAP functionalities, and create documented training materials for the product area
- Secure feedback that the MVPs defined will provide the desired value (MVP taste-testing)
- Identify opportunities for improvement such as gaps in existing functionality, troubleshooting, and driving the development/implementation process
Job Requirements:
- Experience working with LIMS
- 3+ years of experience working with internal and external stakeholders gathering requirements and working with technical teams to deliver those requirements
- 3+ years of experience with SAP Quality Management implementation
- Bachelor’s Degree in IT or Engineering
- High School diploma or GED equivalent
- Prior experience working with SAP Configuration Change Management
