Job Responsibilities:

• Ability to explore more than one solution
• Document (Confluence). Document while the iron is hot. (Document the why, confirmations, key decisions, why something is left out etc.)
• Size the work and split stories
• Observability in everything we build
• Build/deployment pipelines
• Understand business needs (Be curious, not judgmental)
• Collaborate and capture confirmation (acceptance criteria)
• Unit test and code are not two different tasks.
• Deployment – creating, submitting and seeking approval of user, firewall, CR' forms
• Identify dependencies early
• Executable specifications (E.g.: BDD)
• Evolutionary Design. Review early and often (talk about it with an Architect/Engineer)
• Automated acceptance testing (functional, integration tests). In cases where automation is not possible manual testing of all key scenarios.
