As a Rates Trading Vice President, you’ll understand the risk run by the desk, while managing your own risk positions within authorised business limits and executing hedging strategies to ensure risk limits are not breached.

Job Responsibilities:

• Meet financial objectives as defined in your performance objectives
• Targeting a sustainable and robust business P&L stream and risk profile
• Taking all reasonable steps to make sure your own trading activities are in line with our policies covering market, conduct, operational, credit, and regulatory risks

Job Requirements:

• Understanding of electronic markets for FX products and technical skills
• Strong risk and controls discipline
• Business experience in a Financial institution
