As our UK Corporate FX Sales Associate, you’ll identify, understand, and match client needs with relevant approved products, tailored client solutions, or engagement with relevant centres of excellence and knowledge across NatWest Markets and the wider bank.

Job Responsibilities:

• Speaking to both clients and commercial and corporate bankers, promoting our Corporate Foreign exchange services to both existing and prospective new clients
• Understanding existing processes and proposing areas where things can be improved or made more efficient
• Ultimately learning to identify cross-sell and up-sell opportunities to drive FX revenues from existing and new customers, including the identification of potential FX Option opportunities to be taken forwards by the Solutions Origination team
• Implementing client focus through various initiatives and communications, whilst continuing to drive the e-agenda across the business
• Building strong client relationships through consistent and meaningful interaction and proactively engaging with key stakeholders to enhance the customer experience

Job Requirements:

• An understanding and interest in investment banking, and the desire to work in a front office sales role
• An understanding of NatWest Market’s currencies proposition or the Commercial Bank and its frontline employees, plus how their clients might need currencies services
