Job Description:
As a Forecaster, you’ll be helping to deliver a high level of customer service through effective people scheduling and resourcing. As such, you’ll be creating robust and effective resource plans which consider scheduling, recruitment and demand planning, ensuring a broad awareness of key business objectives and changes so you can understand the impact on resourcing and scheduling.

- Utilising existing tools and helping to develop new tools and models to effectively allocate work
- Providing ongoing analysis of workloads to determine the anticipated demand
- Coaching line managers recruitment best practice and how to optimise their resource
- Working with resourcing teams to make sure that working patterns match the workload and customer demand model
Job Requirements:
- Advanced Microsoft Office skills, including Excel
- Knowledge of forecasting and scheduling tools and systems including QStory, EWFM, Anaplan and Access
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- A broad understanding of HR, resourcing and cost management principles and culture
- Experience of working with budget forecasting and target modelling
