Job Description:

In this role you’ll be building relationships and maintaining direct contact with clients, prospective clients, and senior bankers, as well as assisting in the origination of FI Advisory transaction opportunities, and actively seeking to cross-sell the capabilities of the bank.

Job Responsibilities:

• Supervising and mentoring analysts by providing detailed guidance and feedback
• Preparing insightful and compelling presentation materials used in business origination
• Leading and contributing to team discussions and client meetings
• Organising and explaining sophisticated financial data used in client presentations and strategic plans
• Performing financial analysis, valuation, strategic business analysis, and detailed industry research
• Coordinating project work streams and performing customary project management activities while assisting clients through processes

Job Requirements:

• The ability to work well under pressure
• Experience of preparing and maintaining client presentations, benchmarking materials, and other M&A process documents
• Experience building and maintaining operating models
• Proven financial modelling and valuation skills covering discounted cash flow and discounted dividends
• A results-oriented approach with superb organisation and project management skills
