Job Description:
You will analyse existing business strategies and practices and provide recommendations for improvements. The role also focuses on strategic and operational issues and decisions to enable the business to deliver its strategic objectives.

- Utilise indicators like revenue growth, customer happiness, and employee retention rates to evaluate the effectiveness of business strategies
- Conduct ad-hoc research projects in support of the development and growth of MiWay
- Prepare, monitor and control business strategy budget
- Partner with the CEO and Executive Team to operationalise the strategic pillars to execute the objectives and strategy
- Identify areas for improvement across the business and develop business cases for change
- Identify issues that could hinder MiWay’s capacity to accomplish its objectives and offer risk-reduction strategies
- Drive analysis and design business models linked to the strategy
- Measure MiWay’s performance monthly
- Create operational strategies to guarantee effective utilisation of corporate resources while attaining business objectives
Job Requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree and/or Honours in Finance/Business Management or equivalent
- Master’s Degree (Advantageous)
- Background experience in Finance/Strategy/Insurance (Advantageous)
- Experience in Research and Data Analytics
- Risk Management
- 3 – 6 years’ experience in similar role
- In depth understanding of designing business models
