Job Responsibilities:

  • Maintains data integrity, facilitates cash flow transactions of Separate Accounts, and provides reporting services on account activity.
  • Virtual roles predominately work from a home office with periodic visits to the assigned GCSO office as needed for team events, meetings, training, business continuity, etc.Address and resolve complex and critical client escalation issues.
  • Performs other duties as assigned or required.
  • Manage relationships and complex tasks for a portfolio of assigned accounts
  • Perform complex tasks independently for a portfolio of accounts.
  • Provides relationship and account management services to key clients and National Accounts.

Job Requirements:

  • Strong customer satisfaction focus.
  • Proficient oral/written communication skills.
  • 3+ yrs. related experience
  • Moderate knowledge of group products, services and systems.
  • New hires should live a commutable distance from the site the role is posted in.
  • Strong multi-tasking and prioritization.
  • Bachelor’s degree
  • High School diplomas
  • FINRA Series 6 preferred
  • 5+ yrs. related experience
  • Strong problem solving and analysis.
