Developing the Transformation HUB in Charleston, using agile methods, tools and Daimler Leadership Game Changers to support the organization’s cultural transformation and development. Support the organization leadership team on implementing Daimler Strategy – Leading Transformation.

Job Responsibilities:

• Innovation Lab
• Swarm Organization
• Additional projects will be developed and integrated.
• Plan and lead mid-sized projects to ensure they are completed in a timely fashion
• Elaborates and prepare workshop materials
• Supports the companies cultural change
• Leadership Journeys
• Develop Leadership 20x Ambassador network in Charleston based on Game Changers and Leadership 20x Principles
• Shark Tanks
• Support & consult to define project scope and objectives
• Organizes and leads workshops with diverse participant groups
• Develop and coordinate the implementation plan for such Game Changers:
• Develop the Transformation HUB and its synergies within MPS Office, Organization Development and Training and Qualification team.
• Support conceptualizing and implementation of plant wide initiatives focused on Cultural Transformation
• Multiply Agile Methods across different stakeholder levels
• Prepares training and communication material
• Creates communication strategies and roll-out plans for initiatives

Job Requirements:

• Relation building skills.
• Clear communication and presentation skills.
• Design Thinking, agile and standard project methods. Innovative problem solving skills. Business process & methods.
• Proven ability to solve problems creatively
• Experience with cultural transformation in organizations.
• 3+ years of relevant experience required.
• Strong familiarity with project management software tools, methodologies preferred
• Experience with Agile tools and methods.
• Adapt quickly to demand changes.
• Bachelor’s Degree with a Business, Project Management, organization Development or in a related field required.
