Job Responsibilities:

• To prepare food according to Company standards for food preparation and appearance;
• To respond to any customer inquiries, requests and complaints ensuring courteous customer relations at all times;
• Other general duties, as assigned.
• To ensure that the safety and sanitation of the department meet with Company policies and standards;
• To serve customers in an efficient and friendly manner;
• To be responsible for the full preparation and stocking of the Pane Fresco Rotisserie department;
• To maintain the department in the absence of the department manager;
• To assist the department manager in the training and direction of part time staff;

Job Requirements:

• Must have excellent organizational, verbal communication and interpersonal skills;
• Must possess the ability to work in a fast-paced environment under pressure.
• Must possess a minimum of three (3) years food preparation experience, experience in a fast food or restaurant environment is a definite asset;
• Exceptional customer service skills
• Flexibility to work a variety of hours which include days, evenings and weekends;
