Job Description:

As the [Senior Specialist] in the [Delivery Enablement team], you will have the opportunity to play a key role in the implementation and support of our ongoing agile transformation, oversees the day-to-day support services and administration of the Project Manager toolkit and the project management toolset, including CA PPM (Clarity) as well as maintain the data set in these tools to assist in the reporting of governance, risk and compliance metrics.

Job Responsibilities:

• Extract data from various sources to analyze and create dashboard and scheduled reporting to support the organization, as required
• Coordinate and support the use of DEO tools for end-users, including developing and facilitating tool training
• Provide ongoing support to all users of CA PPM (Clarity) answering questions, coaching and troubleshooting system errors.
• Support all DEO processes, including project change requests and lead the DEO tools practice, overseeing the day-to-day assignments of the CA PPM (Clarity) support team
• Oversee the Clarity toolset system administration, project/initiative set-up and ongoing maintenance.
