This is an exciting time to join our Digital Excellence team as we look to define a cross-functional SEO roadmap for paywall content which needs to stay compliant whilst enabling us to reach a new audience of healthcare professionals.

- Support wider efforts to digitally upskill less technical functions who play critical roles in the timely approval of fast paced content updates
- Produce SEO analysis and report back to the business delivering insights for tech and content optimisation;
- Lead all aspects of the implementation of our SEO strategy in collaboration with our brands, agencies and EMEA product teams;
- Represent and advocate for the UK SEO requirements at the EMEA level
- Build knowledge and understanding of our brands, therapy areas landscape, and the JnJ Credo in order to build a winning SEO strategy across all our platforms;
Job Requirements:
- A Bachelor’s degree – desirable but not crucial
- Strong English language skills are important as an excellent SEO strategy relies on content will help us to make more content available to a UK healthcare professional audience
- Proven experience with GA/GTM, and other industry leading SEO tools like Ahrefs, SEMrush, Moz etc
- Technical skills – working knowledge of the Google Suite (or similar); highly proficient in modern front end markup (i.e. HTML; Schema, CSS, JS, etc)
- Passion for SEO, technology, and people! We will be looking to you as an authority in your field but you will be working across multiple teams with varying levels of understanding around SEO
- Proven experience in formulating and implementing a successful SEO strategy, with specific paywall or pharma knowledge being highly desirable!
Excellent quantitative skills – comfortable with numbers, data analysis, reports and confident in presenting these back to the teams;
