Job Description:
As our Customer Journey Developer, you’ll deliver a prioritised journey backlog to improve the end-to-end customer journey, including identifying opportunities and providing your expertise. Working in sprints as part of a self-organising team, you’ll make sure that we place the customer at the heart of everything we do, while retaining a commercial drive.

- Delivering, consolidating and automating all business performance and proposition activities that keep the customer journey running effortlessly
- Working with your team to manage the delivery of change from vision and inception through to post-live validation and monitoring
- Making sure we consider the brand, customer experience and impacts on engagement at every stage
- Managing incidents effectively and looking for opportunities to increase resilience within the customer journey
- Monitoring competitor activity across the journey portfolio and actively identifying responses to market changes
- Making empowered decisions to deliver the prioritised digital journey backlog
Job Requirements:
- You’ll also have experience in carrying out robust research and analysing journey maps to understand the current state
- The ability to identify and envision what the future of digital banking could look like
- Ability to consider a broad range of factors like fraud, AML, on boarding and KYC risks in relation to improving the on boarding experience and adopting mobile as the window to the bank
- Experience in design thinking methodology to deliver propositions
- A proven ability to adapt to quickly changing environments
- Expert knowledge of commercial management and analytics, customer data analytics, or segment management and design
- Experience of working in an agile scrum team, you’ll have experience of delivering change iteratively in collaboration with a broad range of stakeholders
