The ideal candidate for this position will be developing administrative processes and procedures to facilitate more efficient and effective operations. This position starts at a salary of $61,947 (GS-09), with promotion potential to $74,950 (GS-11). Job Responsibilities:

  • Reviewing and editing correspondence prepared for approval or signature; compose official correspondence
  • Coordinating all travel arrangements, preparing travel authorizations and reimbursement vouchers
  • Receiving incoming calls and visitors; referring calls as appropriate to other staff that can provide the requested information
  • Coordinating meetings and conferences, preparing agendas, briefing books, securing meeting/conference facilities
  • Reviewing incoming correspondence and redirecting actions that were assigned incorrectly
  • Maintaining office files and serves as Records Management Liaison

Job Requirements:

  • You must be able to obtain and maintain a Government credit card.

  • You must successfully pass a background investigation.
  • Selective Service registration required.
  • Current federal employees must meet time-in-grade requirements.
