Job Description:
This position will support all plant HR responsibilities, as well as, processing payroll for WV KFD Operations. Additionally, this position will Support analytical systems (PowerBI, MS Teams, etc.) as new systems are implemented. Other office duties as assigned.

- Maintain plant files according to Clorox Retention Policy.
- Support HR Programs (Onboarding, Disability Leaves, Disciplinary Actions, EE Plant Files, Drug Screening, Accommodation Requests, etc.)
- General Plant Office Support (Safety Shoe Reimbursement, Catering, Office Supplies, Employee Badges)
- Maintain plant HR Systems (Workday, etc)
- Support analytical systems (PowerBI, Apps, MS Teams, etc.)
- Process plant payroll for production associates and SME for payroll system
Job Requirements:
- Good time management skills
- Ability to multitask with an attention to detail
- Strong planning, organizing and adaptation skills
- Expertise in MS Office. Must be literate in MS Word and Excel
- Excellent critical thinking, problem-solving, decisión-making skills
- Associate degree or higher in a business related field and/or 5 years of related accounting, office administration or human resource work experience.
