Job Description: We are looking for a Solution Analyst within the Supply Chain Technology team - Warehouse platform, with a primary focus on supporting the continuous improvement of warehouse systems including our state-of-the-art multi-million Euro warehouse automation technology, which currently supports the fulfilment of over 31m orders a year to our EU and selected non-EU markets and is targeting more growth. [the_ad id="29344"] Job Responsibilities: Proactively and reactively analyse our application stack, providing Root Cause Analysis and a superior level of service in an Information Technology Infrastructure Library framework Analyse and manage deep dive investigations to identify root cause on service disruptions, incidents or discrepancies occurred Proactively monitor all identified key performance indicators to ensure the Supply chain and business systems are running within the identified tolerances. Support the identification of new KPI Manage all events on the systems, benchmark and trend to identify potential issues continually identifying improvements Closely work with 3rd Party vendors, infrastructure, DBA, performance and development teams to resolve issue/risks in the ‘end to end’ solution Collaborate with Solution Analyst and Delivery Manager, Platform Lead, Service Delivery Managers, (Major) Incident Managers, Problem Managers, Change Managers and Release Managers, to deliver the necessary analysis and resolutions.
