Are you interested in joining a dynamic and growing team representing innovative products in the vision care industry? This role will be responsible for representing the Johnson & Johnson Vision organization by interacting with established customers and developing new prospects.

- You will apply a broad knowledge of clinic and economic expertise, as well as the organization’s products, services and marketing techniques to close sales and maintain relationships with customers.
- Sales and promotion of ACUVUE® Brand Contact Lenses
- Demonstrate a high level of collaboration through communication of successful examples and innovative ways to selling and marketing our product line
- Managing a territory and performing sales calls on Optometrists, Opticians, Ophthalmologists and Optical retail outlets.
- Conduct professional education sessions with key customer groups on an ongoing basis.
- Implementation of sales/marketing strategies as set out in yearly and quarterly sales direction
- You will stay ahead of new products / services, price trends and industry information
- Assess and report on marketplace activity on a regular basis
Job Requirements:
- Minimum 2 year of successful sales experience (health industry preferred), with a documented track record of success (attainment to goals, awards, formal recognition) in those roles.
- Proven results orientation and influencing skills in a dynamic sales environment
- Proficiency in MS office suite and CRM software
- Excellent interpersonal, written and verbal communication skills
- The ability to multi-task and prioritize is a requirement in this role as it involves dealing with a large territory and 15-20% travel requirements.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
