Job Responsibilities:

  • You will apply a broad knowledge of clinic and economic expertise, as well as the organization’s products, services and marketing techniques to close sales and maintain relationships with customers.
  • Sales and promotion of ACUVUE® Brand Contact Lenses
  • Demonstrate a high level of collaboration through communication of successful examples and innovative ways to selling and marketing our product line
  • Managing a territory and performing sales calls on Optometrists, Opticians, Ophthalmologists and Optical retail outlets.
  • Conduct professional education sessions with key customer groups on an ongoing basis.
  • Implementation of sales/marketing strategies as set out in yearly and quarterly sales direction
  • You will stay ahead of new products / services, price trends and industry information
  • Assess and report on marketplace activity on a regular basis

Job Requirements:

  • Minimum 2 year of successful sales experience (health industry preferred), with a documented track record of success (attainment to goals, awards, formal recognition) in those roles.
  • Proven results orientation and influencing skills in a dynamic sales environment
  • Proficiency in MS office suite and CRM software
  • Excellent interpersonal, written and verbal communication skills
  • The ability to multi-task and prioritize is a requirement in this role as it involves dealing with a large territory and 15-20% travel requirements.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills
