Job Description:
Advisory Manager; HSBC Bank USA, N.A., New York, NY; Partnering with Relationship Managers to offer appropriate investment solutions to ultra/high net worth clients, Attracting and enhancing high net worth client relationships and profitability.

- Ensure business requirements and challenges are captured and resolved prior to future service launch.
- Launch fee-based Advisory Proposition.
- Contribute to building product and client continuum across the HSBC US wealth spectrum.
- Lead / contribute to multiple, multi-year strategic transformational programs across investments platforms and operational infrastructure.
- Engage with vendors and internal stakeholders for successful delivery.
- Partner with 2nd line of defense in delivery of all strategic and tactical programs in a compliant and controlled manner.
- Ensure optimal BAU operating environment for launched products and platforms.
Job Requirements:
- International experience in the financial markets in Asia and Europe
- Ability to work effectively with local and global stakeholders in delivering initiatives
- Extensive knowledge of finance and investment banking
- Must have Bachelors degree or foreign equivalent in Economics or closely related field of study, and at least 10 years of progressive, post-baccalaureate related work experience.
- Proficient in risk and control frameworks
- Understanding of and up to date with financial market and wealth management sector trends
- International wealth and private banking
