Job Responsibilities:

  • Owning the Marketing Automation Sharepoint site and making sure that the training, guides and change management materials are up to date and always accessible
  • Working with agency partners to build a network of always-on Marketing Automation support for local and regional teams
  • Close working with Regional and Local teams to gain input into global marketing briefs, to leverage best practice and support local activation
  • Building strong relationships across global, regional and local campaign managers to ensure achievement of business objectives as well as look for opportunities to improve processes and operational efficiency with Eloqua
  • Develop and deliver a Marketing Automation strategy to support activation of our global flagship campaigns.
  • Setting up tracking and reporting according to the global campaign framework on regional and local level
  • Creating series of region activation guides and scalable processes for marketing automation linked to overall content strategy and global strategic objectives
  • Working with marketing campaign managers to implement programs within Eloqua and integrate platforms such as the public website, CRM and Social Media platforms to meet business requirements while incorporating standardisation and industry best practices.
  • Working with various departments (Legal, Compliance and Martech teams) to obtain necessary approvals for data and Marketing Automation campaign management, and maintain & advocating standards of a no-incident environment
  • Upskilling teams on Marketing Automation platforms and practices to drive desired outcomes

Job Requirements:

  • Work independently as needed to resolve issues within Marketing platforms and advise users on standards and best practices. Train and develop teams on Marketing Automation best practices and lead management processes.
  • Produce direction and guidance to the markets to improve the results of these metrics
  • Ensure quality and security of customer/prospect data within the Eloqua platform, including managing consent practices set by our Data Privacy team are upheld
  • Supporting regional & local strategies to deliver results in a complex regulatory environment balancing regulatory and business imperatives with client needs.
  • Supporting marketing programme teams transition to a more automated approach to ensure campaign execution is done with increasing efficiency
  • Collaborating across a range of teams including global strategy and agency network to ensure that Marketing Automation campaign implementation is achieved seamlessly, in alignment with our strategic goals
  • Support HSBC in best in class marketing performance measurement and analytics capabilities for to allow tracking from suspect to post on-boarding customers
  • Comfortable with creating and presenting on marketing automation related topics, including training and enablement for users
  • Ensure initiatives are delivered effectively, efficiently and consistently
  • Delivering framework, best practice and tools that enable streamlining adoption and implementation of Marketing Automation across CMB & GBM campaign teams globally
  • Ensure all data uploaded in Eloqua have good data quality and put remediation processes where required
