Job Description: The role holder will support a Business and Regional Aligned function across regulatory change in to production, validating testing, conducting deep dive analysis and engagement across streams, and Jira / issue management remediation and prioritisation. [the_ad id="29344"] Job Responsibilities: Produce Business Requirements relating to the reporting of any trades and transactions across major Global Regulators to Trade / Swap Data Repositories. Provide JIRA hygiene, ensuring JIRAs raised and closed are against required standards, mandatory fields are populated and appropriate workflow usage is adopted. Support implementation of Data Custodian role, engaging with the relevant data streams to prioritise defects and issue remediation. Partner with RRO / Consumer Oversight in monitoring remediation backlogs, tracking progress and resolution timeframes with action owners. Be responsible for the end-to-end analysis for Regulatory Change projects. Engage on external vendor governance, multi asset / multi regulation (e.g. Load.Trade), tracking performance and any issues across Operations to feed in working groups. Use subject matter experience for prioritisation of all outstanding JIRAs, balancing the often conflicting priority from different regions and business stakeholders, to ensure that time and resources are used efficiently for remediation. Interpret the regulatory requirements, design and propose solutions if necessary by seeking agreement from RRO / Consumer Oversight, Compliance, Legal, FO Business Management and the desks. Job Requirements: Excellent documentation and communication skills. Ability to work effectively to strict timelines and deadlines. Positive ‘can do’ attitude, and problem solving ability. Experience in producing both business requirement and functional requirements is essential. Strong business writing skills with ability to communicate complex ideas simply. Evidence of effective relationship management (both internal and external). Highly motivated, with strong organizational, analytical and problem solving skills. Experience with working as a conduit between Business and Technology teams to ensure requirements are clearly understood and solutions delivered.
