- Communicate any non-compliance incidents and results of internal project audits to stakeholders
- Clearly and concisely convey subtle or complex messages via presentations and in writing to a variety of technical audiences including leadership and external customers
- Execute project subtasks (architecture, requirement definition, circuit design, layout review, analysis, and test, etc.) by following established engineering methodologies for new hardware development
- Consult with suppliers to ensure product and project compliance
- Lead the electrical portion of product certification for customer acceptance
- Travel within US and/ or internationally: 10%
- Guide engineers, technicians and associates to ensure project and product requirement compliance
- Identify and execute cost, schedule, and technical efficiency improvements
Job Requirements:
- US citizenship, due to contractual requirements
- Significant lab experience testing and debugging complex electronic circuits
- Strong aptitude for low noise analog and sensor interface design and analysis, signal processing and conversion
- Individuals who are self-motivated and able to work with little supervision, who consistently take the initiative to get things done
- Experience with product requirement qualification and testing – DO-160 or similar
- Ability to work with cross-functional teams to meet expectations of internal and external customers
- Bachelor’s degree in Electrical or Computer engineering
- Significant experience working with oscilloscopes, spectrum analyzers and logic analyzers to characterize and solve problems in electronics circuit cards
- Familiarity with IBIS models
- Ability to consistently make timely decisions while balancing risk
- 3+ years’ electrical engineering experience
- Knowledge of High speed microprocessor based circuit card design, analysis and testing
- Strong SPICE simulation experience including parametric modification and validation including Monte Carlo technique
- Ability to perform Tolerance analysis
