Job Responsibilities:

• Support customer coordination for VOC and alpha/ beta tests
• Manage systems lifecycle including regional pricing, product retirement, demand and inventory forecast. Be the ambassador of next generation systems to our customer base.
• Deal with complex value pricing issues in a dynamic competitive environment. Use pricing to drive system sales and migration to next generation systems
• Drive strong financial results from system pricing
• Integrate VOC and customer inputs to develop systems roadmap in collaboration with global platform. Drive growth and profitability outcomes.
• Link technology/product roadmaps to customers across all BMS offering. Ability to communicate value proposition to ensure adoption of Honeywell BMS systems, products and services.
• Meet annual revenue targets for portfolio and create plan for growth of portfolio
• Translate value propositions into compelling sales playbooks.
• Support commercial launches, and drive customer success in collaboration with sales organisation

Job Requirements:

• Experience in product management, product development or marketing management
• Strong execution skills and driving action with cross-functional teams
• Master’s degree in math, engineering, or other technical discipline
• Master’s degree
• Decisive and logical abilities for evaluating issues using a data-based approach
• Experience in BMS or adjacent industry
• Strong understanding of developing value walks, price strategy, product strategy, and competitive positioning with ability to apply to their product line
• Strategic thinking, understanding of market trends/issues and ability to integrate into marketing and business strategies
• Ability to lead and coordinate projects that successfully achieve milestones and complete deliverables
