Job Description: The Connected Distribution Center from Honeywell Intelligrated is designed to help companies make the digital transformation from manual to automated processes and keep up with the rapidly escalating pace of modern commerce demands. [the_ad id="29344"] Job Responsibilities: Oversee, direct, coordinate, and be accountable for the mechanical installation project teams, subcontractors, and employees. Read and interpret drawings. Responsible for clean and safe working environment. Accountable for compliance with Honeywell quality and safety standards for all employees. Ensures subcontractor compliance to statement of work, deliverables, milestones, and commissioning. May be required to serve as a qualifier for various licenses. Competent with various types of conveyor product lines, i.e. printer label applicator, scanners, palletizers. Effectively communicates any project schedule risks to PMO. Proficiency in computer systems, i.e. Microsoft Office suite. Coordinate manpower, maintain real-time mechanical installation build status, and liaise with project management team on customer related issues and schedule requirements. Job Requirements: High school diploma or equivalent GED preferred Previous customer service experience Excellent communication skills Demonstrated ability to influence at varying levels across the organization Demonstrated ability to operate independently 5+ years of experience in a leadership role in the conveyor industry required. Ability to use experience to appropriately apply the established standards Advanced degree Demonstrated ability to effectively manage a team Proficiency in computer systems, i.e. Microsoft Office suite.
