Job Description:
In this role you will manage the acquisition, use and disposal of company-owned vehicles in as manner that provides optimal associate / customer value and protects the interests of AHM and customers. In addition, you will manage associate lease and purchase programs and leads development and coordination of program activities across Honda business.

- Manage CVA Niguri and alignment with S$PO to support Associate & CV programs
- Mitigate AHM fleet driver risk
- CVA Business / Budget Plan – develop, present, execute & update and PDCA rotation
- Manage Associate Purchases / Lease programs to achieve business targets
- Achieve associate (customer) satisfaction targets
- Management of activities to meet governance and compliance regulations
- Manage CVA program to achieve financial and business targets
Job Requirements:
- Experience manager CX process and satisfaction
- Experience with Transportation industry channel dynamics
- Customer service mindset
- Regulatory matters and risk management
- Experience with Niguri and financial management
- 7+ years in Supervisory or Managerial role
- 3-5 years field or retail experience with auto dealer operations
- Bachelor in BA or Equivalent work experience
