Job Description:
Hobby Lobby Stores is a privately held corporation that is looking for a qualified person to fill an opening in the Construction Department.

- Log insurance certificates in software system.
- Audit and Process invoices associated with Campus Maintenance and Store Property Management.
- Follow up with fellow team members, contractors, vendors regarding requested paperwork.
- Additional Duties as assigned by supervisor.
- Setup new vendors in software system.
Job Requirements:
- Excellent organizational skills.
- High School Diploma
- Education associated with Accounting practices or equivalent work experience.
- Strong verbal, interpersonal, and written communication skills.
- Extensive experience with Microsoft Office version 2007 or later.
- Ability to multi-task, work under pressure, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Preferred experience in Building Maintenance practices.
- Ability to interact effectively with team members at various levels of management.
