Job Description:
Capture and update expenditure in component. Check correctness of subsistence and travel claims of officials and submit to manager for approval. Handle telephone accounts and petty cash for the component.

- Assist with recruitment and selection (advertisements, appointments, transfer, verification of qualifications, secretariat functions at interviews, absorptions, probationary periods).
- Implement conditions of services (leave, housing, medical, injury on duty, long service recognition, overtime, relocation, pension, allowances, PILIR etc.).
- Assist with performance management process.
- Assist with the termination of service process.
- Address human resource administration enquiries
Job Requirements:
- A Grade 12 Certificate. Administration exposure preferable in Human Resources Administration will be and added advantage.
- Knowledge of clerical duties, practices as well as the ability to capture data electronically, effectively operate computer and collect statistics and store it safely.
- Knowledge and understanding of the legislative framework governing the Public Service.
- Knowledge of working procedures in terms of the working environment.
- Computer literacy.
- Data capturing, both written and electronically.
- Communication. Analytical.
- Report writing. Planning and Organising skills.
- Reliable. Credible. Responsible. Team player. Pro-active.
